Pretty good

I enjoy actually knowing when tournaments are happening in an easy way, not just when Gotham Chess talks about them. I also really liked doing the daily takes, but then they disappeared? Not sure why but I liked it when they were here.

Very clean aesthetics and great potential

Love the nice clean aesthetics and had great potential. Also crew behind the scenes and livestream have great chemistry.

Overall I love it, but….

Hello Take Take Take (TTT)Team, Overall this app is amazing and has massive potential. However, I have one slight issue, I am from the USA where dates are typically written is a mm/dd/yyyy format, while looking at the dates this app isn’t adopting to it, and has the other (more popular) format of dd/mm/yyyy. It will be awesome if the app can adopt to the area of the user to avoid confusion.

Thank you for this amazing app and the live streams.

Could be improved

Good idea for an app, but missing a lot of features to make the idea complete. Like checking rankings, history of regular tournaments, head-to-head statistics etc …

Spoiled the fun

This app got it all backwards. It says β€œanticipation and excitement!!” but as soon as I opened it to see the recap of the latest WCC match, the first thing it tells me is the result. So much for anticipation and excitement.

And if I manage to not see the result in the app and go straight to the video, the host of the video tells you the result at the very beginning as well. Pretty frustrating.

Great App to follow Top Players

I think this app is a great idea, it provides me an easy way to follow the world chess championship, and other tournaments in the future. I also really like how easy the app is to use and understand. I was able to download and start looking at recent games in <1 minute, awesome!

Board arrows need to work better

I’m enjoying this new chess app and expect good things. However there is a major annoyance for now, and I wonder if the devs are on it. In the board (game moves) view, any normal reader will scroll up and down to read the entire comments/analysis as they go through move by move. But then the forward arrow does NOT consistently take you to the beginning of the comment accompanying the next move. I constantly end up adding on another β€œreverse arrow forward arrow” to get the moves and comments to sync again. Fix it please!

Good, however

It would be even better than it is if it had an iPad version.

Great app

This app is perfect for following players and tournaments, one thing I would recommend for future updates is to have more players you can favourite
