  • Shipping is garbage

    And a lie that it’ll be there even with the allotted time. They won’t cancel until more than a month later and they won’t refund your shipping or your $. Quality of clothes is cheap. Sizes are inconsistent. And worst of all is the poor or lack of ways to get a hold of them in case you run into sht like this.
    You’ll have the hardest time getting your $ back they only offer a discount for your next purchase within 3 months. This company is a scam this is that Nigerian prince.

  • Ordering time

    I waited two weeks before they were able to update my tracking. When I emailed and asked about the status, they said to wait two more weeks and if I still do not get it then let them know. To wait a month for an order is ridiculous. I understand it ships from the Uk but items really shouldn’t take more than 2 weeks.
    I’ve ordered things internationally plenty of times and very rarely have this issue.

  • The app is absolutely awfuuuuul

    I’m so frustrated I had a cart full of things and kept having to put in my credit card information over and over again because it wouldn’t except it for some reason. By the time it went through all the things I had wanted had sold out. Don’t know why you don’t want my money but this was infuriating and now I wasn’t able to purchase any of the things I really wanted.

  • Bad Customer Service

    Customer service cant be reached on the app, and when you click on get help it’s just a facebook and twitter ad. They don’t allow for changes to the shipping address and don’t help you try to change it, it seems essentially like a lost package if you put the wrong address in. And the tracking in the app is very glitchy. One order hasn’t given me updates in a week so we’ll see when/if i get it. I cant go anywhere in the app to receive help for this shipping glitch. Prices are okay but items could be found pretty much anywhere

  • Worst customer service ever!!! DO NOT SHOP HERE

    TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. good luck getting anyone here to help you with anything. No one responds and if you need even the smallest change, they can’t help. What’s the point of all the technology we have if they can change even the simplest of things?? I tried to change my address because the app did not allow me to change it so I messaged the “help” account and they said “ you need to collect the parcel on the address on the order” after I explained multiple times that I live in a completely different state!!!!
    These people are unhelpful not worth the time or money!!

  • Great company to shop with, ALWAYS on major sale alert, quality is good and shipping is fast!!!

    Love Nasty Girl…to date I’ve ordered 2 bigger “bundles” lol. Never had any issues other than this shipment on a fun little personal gadget, as it was faulty. I am sure the NG CS team will be great to work with.
  • DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

    After having my package mailed to my billing address, not my shipping address, this app failed to inform me my package arrived early… normally a good thing, but since the window for reporting missing items is so short and they based it on the delivery date which was early, by the time I was able to track down my package and get it, this window had passed. Nasty gal refused to resend the missing item that was less than $20. To them, it’s nothing. Especially on an order almost $300. I’ve always been a loyal customer to nasty gal even with the poor quality clothing that comes damaged, in terrible packaging, and improperly sized… very unfortunate they will be losing my business and my clients that I recommend as well.

  • Why is there no review capability?

    I’ve ordered from here multiple times and the quality and sizing is hit or miss. Also sometimes they just don’t list fabric compositions on the product description which is annoying. But the worst part is that you can’t write reviews on products. It feels like a gimmick so that people buy more stuff and then maybe don’t go through with the return process (and returns aren’t free from the US).

  • Hit or miss, needs better shipping and review system

    The app itself is pretty user friendly and functional. But I think the clothes are hit or miss. They really need to work on their shipping and updating the shipping information. I’ll get an estimated delivery date only for the items to arrive 2 weeks late. This has happened 3 times so far. So I’d be aware of that. Another thing I find weird is that there isn’t a place to read reviews OR write a review for an item. So you’re kind of just taking a shot in the dark on if the items are quality or not or what the fit is actually like. It would be great if there was a section to rate items.

  • Fast fashion is embarrassing.

    It’s disgusting that this company (and many many others) are selling clothing at THIS low of quality for these prices. I’ve placed multiple orders and I have been thoroughly shocked at how terrible the material and design is. Crooked, misprinted, you name it. It’s practically theft what they’re doing. Advertising one thing and sending me cardboard and paper sewn together with a cheap design. I’ve literally opened up orders just laughing in disbelief. ‘Everything is 60% off!’ But items all have different and much higher original prices than they did last week. It’s so sad. It really is. Don’t waste your money! Go to a local shop and support your community. Same prices, insanely different quality AND experience.
