Terrible
Shipping is $10 and that’s just for regular shipping. It’s a worse version of shein and they try to make their clothes look high quality. I’ve received the wrong item twice and they don’t refund for shipping prices so I paid more for shipping than the actually t-shirts. Also if you return something cause you don’t like it, you have to pay a $4 fee unless it’s faulty or the wrong item. The sizes run all over the place. Wouldn’t recommend.Show lessKbanks301
Terrible costumer service
They divided my shipping in two , the first package never arrived , I told them and ask to send again and to please leave in the fedex office that I was going to pick it up there , they say that it was not possible because they didn’t have any more stock of the items but I go online and in the app and they still have them but more expensive.. very upset and disappointed I waited a lot for nothing , I wouldn’t recommend it’s better to buy in a serious companyShow lesskarla diaz v.
DO NOT ORDER FROM NASTYGAL!
I am trying to return items that do not fit me, but I cannot pay for the return label and keep getting an error message saying there is an issue with my card. However, nothing is wrong with my card. I have tried 3 other cards, and I keep getting the same error message. I have contacted customer service, and they’re telling me I’ll have to pay for the return on my own, which means I’ll be paying more than the clothes are even worth. They are super unhelpful, and their return policies are deceitful and misleading. I told them I would gladly give them my card details so they can process the return on their end, and they said they are unable to. There is clearly something wrong with their website, but yet they have zero interest in helping me out. Poor customer service and terrible cheap clothing. Take your business elsewhere. I love the clothes but I don’t like that I have to jump through loops to contact someone for help. I don’t have WhatsApp, Twitter or Facebook. DIRTY SHOES
I bought my first package from heel it was a pair of black sock heel boots and the package came the shoes wasn’t even in the box ... the box was ripped there was dust and debris all over the shoes it looked disgusting like they had already been warm ... I’d never had such a dirty package sent to me before ..it’s like they tossed my shoes right in the bag ...alwyas very excited to get my online orders and this disappointing me ..that was in such bad condition that I will not be ordering from this website again ... hopefully there is more care put into your company or the review will get lower and lowerShow lessbeuegebew
First purchase
I like the dress I ordered. Looks like in the photos. My complaint is that the seams of the neckline of the dress arrived a bit undone, but I like it so much that I don’t want to return it. Hopefully it can be fixed. I didn’t spend a crazy amount on it, I know it’s not high-end clothes, but I prefer if the clothes arrived in one piece. Not worth it
When I received my shipping notification dayssss later after purchasing they told me some items got canceled because they were out of stock that’s sad because those items I was most excited about so they had to give me a refund. The quality of the tops are so bad it’s like shein clothes but way more expensive ! The only good quality items were the sweats they were actually soft and thick but the tops were see through and feels like it could be torn so easily. Please note if you’re short like 5’4 under DO NOT buy there pants or any bottoms because the length to their clothing are to high rise & so long on the bottom for a short girl but if you’re Tall the bottoms I bought were pretty good quality. Except one of the pair which wasn’t sown all the way so there was a hole in the pocket but they did offer me 50% refund since they don’t do exchanges. Also shipping cost 10$ no matter how much you buy in the USA but it was quick. Personally not buying from again.Show lessunosuckssodou
Can’t get into the app
Super cute stuff but very frustrating I’ve been trying to sign up and then I go through all that and it sends me to an empty page then I go right back to doing the whole process over again super frustrating it should not be that hardBijoux9
Never received my items
So I placed my order and purchased express shipping as I was leaving town. My order didn’t arrive until 6 days after they told me it would. When I returned I called Fedex the delivery service used and they said they had shipped it back to sender. I contacted the, and they said they would refund because my items were out of stock. Not only have I not received a refund but customer service was crap did not help at all never got any updates. I never leave reviews but yes that was my experience.Show lessfreejbird
