  • Can’t Use App

    On my brand new iPhone XS and my 4 year old iPad, the app can’t function for more than a few minutes without crashing. On the phone, both clicking “wishlist” and clicking “log in” crash the app, while looking at crushes and trying to add them to cart crash the iPad. Wish I could actually shop on my phone; I might be buying them!

  • Trouble with Wishlist

    I love the clothes, but I haven’t been able to see the items on my wishlist for a while now. It’s a bunch of empty pictures with a $0.0 cost. I’ve tried re downloading the app & logging back on a few times, but it doesn’t help. They only way I can see them is when I log into the browser.

    I was also wondering if you guys would consider re-stocking items! And if you already do, could there be an option where you can add your email to a specific item to get notified when it comes back.

  • Needs a few bug fixes

    I’m pretty sure none of the clothes that I add to my wishlist even make it there, because a) I cannot see anything I’ve liked in the past it just shows a bunch of white boxes with no images, and b)I’ve had to re- add things to my wishlist that should already be there all the time. When I try to add things it also takes a long time or it may take a few tries for the item to get added. My last quip is simply that I think we should be to swipe back and forth through pages instead of ALWAYS having to use the back button

  • Finally purchased!!

    NastyGal,
    I was having so much trouble purchasing these items on your website even though I logged in. I did email to complain about it. It took 3 days for me to actively try and get these items. I finally downloaded your app and my cc finally went through! I hope you get your website fixed. I tried to purchase a few more items but because of the delay those items were gone.
    I love this site!! It’s so fun to splurge and get fun stuff

  • Just a few tweaks

    It’s a good app overall but there are some features that would streamline usage. When browsing through clothing we should be able to favorite/wishlist/❤️ from the list page instead of only on the items individual description. Also favoriting without having to select the size. Especially when there’s only “one size” for a product. Also, products in different colors are all listed individually, it would be great if all colors could be in the same listing.

  • Payment issues

    I have tried to purchase the 7 items in my cart for days now hoping the system would fix the glitch. It started with the app letting me get all the way to the pay now button after putting in all my card info and it said something in my cart was out of stock and then wouldn’t tell me what was. Then I tried on the website via safari and it said 5 different times that my card was declined. Meanwhile I used my card prior and after this attempted purchase. I was really hoping to get some new clothes. Come on Nasty Gal I’m trying to give you my money why won’t you take my money !

  • Nuisance

    I downloaded the app because when I went online (via mobile) and I couldn’t refine sizes...the app gives the option to refine the search, however it doesn’t work and not only is that a waste of having the button there it’s also a nuisance/disappointing. I’m clicking on things I find cute, but the sizes fall literally one size below what I want. So with that being said...it’s a waste. I can give the app 5 stars if the refine tool works.

  • This app is great but..

    When trying to find my sizes is certain products I tend to go to refine to make it faster. However, even when I do that either the right products doesn’t show up or the products with 10 and 12 sizes doesn’t show. Idk if it’s a problem with my phone but I’m steering away from that now and thinking it’s a server problem of some kind. Please get this sorted out, I want to buy clothes from you guys!😩

  • Glitching It Together

    Alright so I love Nasty Gal, the clothes are so A+ but this app has been logging me in and out of my account while on the app and it said “Internal Server Error” when I tried to log in on the app, but was able to log on using the same account info on Safari. Anyhow, hopefully this will be fixed soon! Love y’all
