Unable to log in or reset Password
New version broke my ability to log into my account and password reset doesn’t work. Did notice minor improvements to filters but still quite lacking when compared to other similar apps. Also when scrolling on the agents details page there is an annoying black line in the center of the page. If I could log in or reset my account I might give it 2 or 3 stars since it has more current listing information, but still suffers from a very poor search experience when compared to the competition. I’ll uninstall and try again in 6 months.

Saved searches, yay!
I love this app, especially because it allows me to save searches and add homes I like to collections, kind of like Pinterest. I can have a collection for good investment properties, homes I’d like to purchase, and anything I think my mom would like, since I am looking for her too. And I can name these collections anything. As for the searches, I can have how ever many saved searches and with one click, visit them so I don’t have to plug in my criteria every time I open the app! It also helps that I can message my realtor in real time! I think anyone who is tired of the usual home search apps out there calling you, texting you, emailing you the second you click on anything, should use this app instead. Info only goes to your realtor and your info isn’t being sold!

Photo glitch needs to be addressed
I was referred to this app by my sister who is an agent but there is a major glitch with the photos. A property might show that there are 19 photos but it is all the same photo. You can see it in the small thumbnails that all 19 are the same exact picture and it also happens when you tap a photo to see it larger and try to swipe through them. It’s all the same photo. This is happening on most of the listings I’m looking at in eastern Massachusetts. Needs to be fixed ASAP!!

Search, Filters, Feedback, and App Support don’t work
I’ve used other real estate apps without issue. With this one, I set up my login, but when I get to the first page and try to search by city and add filters, it doesn’t work. I looked for updates and tried uninstalling/reinstalling, and it still didn’t work. I tried the Feedback link under Account and that led me to articles that didn’t help. When I clicked on not helpful, I was prompted to log in again and wasn’t able to log in. I went to the App Store, and tried App Support, which led me to the main website—not support. So now I’m writing this review and have to explain this all to my agent.

Excited for this
This app brings stuff to the table that the others just don’t. I love that I can directly link to an agent I choose and he or she is notified immediately when I like a property. It makes working with my agent really easy, and I get into new properties really quickly. I like the guides that are available too.
Its a little slow sometimes, but I know that it’s new and will probably improve as time goes on.

The update to this app is phenomenal. The ability to search by neighborhoods is great, and this app is the only one with that access. Also, the ability to stay up to date on your transaction (sale or purchase) is a great feature that keeps you aware of everything going on!

It seems to be running really well and EXTREMELY fast and accurate. Did you see that they have lower costs on mortgage and home insurance? Also, there is something about Home DNA. What is that? Loving the extremely local market search that the other apps don’t have. It would be nice if the Active, Pending, and Sold Jones were a different color, though.
