Useful and attractive
Vapor Listings Are Useless
What’s the point of using a real estate app to find homes for sale when most of the homes appearing are either under contract or outright sold? There is no way to filter them out either; “Active” status does nothing to keep these homes from clogging the search results! I don’t want to sift through hundreds of past listings to find the ones currently available. I use other realty apps because of this. My poor agent was embarrassed when we tried to use it to find homes near us as we toured last week. I used Zillow and Caldwell Banker instead even though I’m working with a Keller Williams agent.

Clunky and Clumsy App
The KW agent I had was amazing and took great care of us but, for the app...it definitely needs some refining. For instance, it’s super laggy and defaults to Canada now where it did not before. If I type in a city in the quick search bar, I should be able to transition into the advanced search menu rather than completely starting over my search. In advanced search when I’m refining my search, if you start changing search parameters it will clear the city you were setting up the search for. I think the app gives a ton of great listing but, it can be really frustrating to use when I know it could be so much better.

anabel Dominguez has excelled all my expectations when dealing with a realtor. she delivered everything that I desired in a home. Marc is the best agent ever!
Marc Ecclesiaste is the best realtor ever. He is very professional. He made everything go smoothly and best of all he got our house under contract the the first day he put it on the market. I’ve been working with Heather and Matt Koroch to relocate my family to the KC. This has been a emotional experience and trying to find a house in another city isn’t easy when your not located there. Great tool, needs improvement
I love the bridge this app provides between me and my agent (and lender). It searches with a good amount of accuracy the homes for sale (and for rent). However, it takes a long time to load searches and I find it cumbersome to map a specific listing and still maintain my spot on the list. For that reason, I still search on Zillow first. A simple solution would be to show the map as a photo within the listings

Best house search app ever! Beats Zillow
I love this app because it’s so convenient and user-friendly!!
I can open app right up and it gives me a list of homes and a 10 mile radius without me having to put in bedrooms bathrooms etc. also love the feature where I can get pre-approved or see what the numbers would look like on a potential home that’s for sale!!

Got the home we wanted
We used Keller Williams on Battlefield in Springfield Mo. David Dodd was our agent and he was outstanding. Walked us through every step and helped us get closed a week early. He was professional and very courteous. We worked with him for about a year looking for exactly what we wanted and he helped us get just that. We couldn’t be happier.
