Good Idea...
This is a great game on paper. And I love the concept.
That said, the execution did not take the player into mind at all. The basic luck in this game is a scam. The wheel has 10 slots. This means I should get a certain tile an average 10 times per 100 spins. This is not the case at all. I understand that the game is made to give more low prizes, but it is too scaled for the low end. Out of ~125 spins, I got one of the tiles once, another one twice, and a different one 3 times. Unsurprisingly, those three tiles were the highest rewarding tiles. I got the lowest two tiles approximately 60% of the time instead of 20%, as probability would suggest. This makes the game infuriating to play, especially when it is super obvious the game is rigged.
The in-app purchase are also way over priced. In-app purchases, in my opinion, should greatly increase the speed at which you can progress. The largest purchase you can make, which is $60, only buys all the things for maybe the 4th island. Paying the price for a full game on console or PC would be a much better idea than wasting it on a weeks worth of cash in this game. For more realistic prices, look at egg inc. They have a great in-app purchasing system, especially their piggy bank feature. They also have a highest price of $20. Even that seems high for a mobile game.
My only recommendations would be to adjust the rates of high prizes and to decrease the cost of in-app purchases.

Not connecting
Wont connect to my my wifi try again is all it says gets so frustrating.... even when i turn my wifi off and put on my mobile data it will do it at times. I think we should be able to buy shields with our coins cause its a set up that wheel lol Gummon!!

Not a happy pirate arrrghh
Can’t connect to the game especially when I have unlimited net have updated still no change glitches when trying to connect to the great loot game not happy at all will change ratings when this is sorted

Pretty fun, not excellent
Been playing a couple months. The past few weeks I’ve noticed a lot more attacks. I’ve noticed that the spins are less likely to give bombs when there’s a challenge. You can certainly play this without mateys or spending actual dollars. I get frustrated though when I’m most of the way through a bomb challenge, have 250 spins, and get maybe 10 bombs and mostly lower end monies, and give up on the challenge because I know my odds of rolling enough bombs with the 20 spins I get in four hours is 0%. I’ve rebuilt the same landscape on this one island about 5 times in the past few days. If you’re going to increase the difficulty, fine, but make up for it somewhere else. I like the map quests. I just wish I could actually finish one. I have a short attention span so will be surprised if I don’t delete this by the end of the year.

Bit monotonous after a while
The game is repetitive and tiresome. You don’t have to spend any money at all despite what other users are saying. I made it to the 30th island without spending a penny but it took a few months of playing it two to three times a day every day. All in all there’s nothing new about the game as you progress through the islands except for the fact that the islands become much more expensive to buy parts for and therefore each island takes longer than the last to complete. I played this game for three months and still to this day I wonder how I lasted so long... I must have been really bored at that time.

Good, but ultimately disappointing
So I’ve only been playing since 10/31. I play a few times everyday and it was cool. It was fun and different. But today for hours I was locked out with a “no internet connection”. Price. Fine. Cool. Technical difficulties are indeed a thing. I got a message a few hours ago saying the challenge was extended BECAUSE of the tech problems. Awesome! So, tonight I finally get it open to connect and it says this dinner platter thing is complete! Cool! I’ve got 210ish I think. It tells me I get 50 spin refills. Yay!!!!!!
And then I don’t get them. It literally stays at 15 spins after my win notice, exactly where it was when I opened it up. So disappointing.
2 stars. Fun, different gameplay. But I met expectations and gameplay make it a Drop in my book.

Very disappointed with the developers
I play this game all the time to kill time when I’m bored. It’s a very fun game but very recently especially, this game has been frustrating as the wheel will always land on the very small prizes that will not benefit the player. You can spin the wheel 20 times and I guarantee that the wheel will land on the 100k (which is not a lot at all) at least half the time. The rest will either be 250k or maybe some bombs. You basically have a 10% maximum of getting anything good.

I also find it frustrating how the developers see these reviews acknowledging the unfair chances and just say it’s all about luck. That’s just a blatant lie. Also, every tweak to the game that’s supposed to have made it a little “easier” isn’t even a fair tweak as something else will just be unfairly adjusted.

Most addicting game ever would recommend to friends!
Honestly when I first started playing I had my doubts but ya know what if you play for like five minutes it’s almost impossible for you to stop until your out of spins and out of money, but even if you are you can spend money to get spins or login with Facebook. Honestly if your looking for a game that you could play every day and t would never get old this is the best game out there for you! But if your looking for a quick game with levels or endings this wouldn’t be the game for you but you would probably still enjoy it! Anyone who’s still reading this you must have a lot of time on your hands! Bye! And don’t forget to download the game and get spending your (In game) money! It’s sad that I have to say In game for some people...

Disappointing at the least
I have been playing this game for many years. I originally started playing as a connection to a friend I moved away from. I have played for free for the first few years and recently started buying deals. The game puts on side adventures every so often to make things interesting. This last pirate adventure I purchased over $100 in “deals” only to fall short on the last ship piece. To spend so much money and fall short is so disappointing I am seriously thinking of deleting this game and never looking at it again. Everything is against you. Your money gets stolen, your stuff gets blown up, you get 5 spins an hour giving you a total of 120 spins a day (so talk about slow paced), and your purchased deals give you 5 min of entertainment. Games are to be fun not slow and disappointing. All I can try and do is save someone else time and money at this point. Rip off
