So far - most worthless app on my iPhone. Also, can't get anyone on the phone with tech services, and email responses from them are brief and non-helpful. Not impressed with this service.

Overall really good product
I'm a residential user of the app and have been using it for about 3-4 years. I've been really pleased with the app and the enhancements they've made over the years. This is one of the few products that I would definitely purchase again. I've made suggestions for improvements to the app and they guys have had dialogue about how it works and changes they've made. Rare to actually be able to speak with someone, the service/support has been really good. The quality of their irrigation products is good as well. A little pricey but reliable, durable and cheaper in the long run. Over all really pleased with these guys. Would recommend them.

Server failure
About half the time I try to use this app, it can't connect to the Weathermatic servers. Consider Rachio instead!
Works sometimes crashes and needs to be reinstalled
Can't believe a company could ever leave an app with so many bugs at least once a week I have to delete it and reinstall to get it to open. Will sometimes not send global commands. I'm not impressed and if I knew when I purchased 15 controllers with air cards that the app was going to be this bad I would have not purchased. Please fix the app

Did anybody actually test this?
Can't even send the simplest of global commands to the controllers. Just "error" and nothing else. No way to manually set a controller to rain delay without the broken global command. Back to the browser.
Password reset broke
Doesn't sync with desktop either.
