Great service
I have no problem with the service online or offline. I like that I can check my account every day and anytime. Online is easy and simple. I love the security alerts and that it’s on point.
Almost perfect
The app is almost perfect. It is a very, very good banking app. Don’t get me wrong, but there are a couple things that I would do to improve my personal experience, making the interface a little bit more user-friendly when money comes out whether it be from a transfer or a purchase somewhere having a little minus sign next to the money that came out and for a deposit having a little + next to the deposit amount, possibly having the letters and numbers a little bit bigger as to know when your account goes into the negativewhat color is red and what color is black for people like me who have a little bit of trouble differentiating between the two that would be the main things that I personally would change besides a couple, odds and ends, but all in all, this is a very good banking app

My credit union is a great one. Your employees are all friendly and nice. The credit union is always clean!! We bank mostly online and rarely have trouble except for the occasional fraud problem!!😡

Need new alert on our banking app
We need to have new feature on our banking app for notifications alerts. Such if the money has been spend. Also add other features if someone try take the money and we could deny or accept.

Okay
It’s not the most user friendly banking app I’ve ever used. It’s fine once you get used to how to navigate things, but it’s not exactly intuitive when figuring things out. Also would appreciated if Zelle was offered through it like other banks
Worst I have had very confusing
Not a good app weird layout confusing to make a payment do not like it. Literally every lender I have had witch is almost everyone who does car loans app is way easier to read and easy to make a payment. I looked for 5 minutes and can’t find out how to make a payment so I’m just deleting this app and make payments in person
