Open house functionality is lacking
it is nice that they let you filter by open house, but on one screen, it will say in-person, and then you click to the next, and the very same house will say it is a Virtual open house. Also, it will say an open house is on a certain day of the week, but you have no idea if it was the last week or upcoming next week. Needs a date in there. This next doesn’t affect my rating of the app, but what value is a virtual open house, if you can see all the photos in the app already?

Ads??!
As an agent, I pay nearly $50 per month to be part of this listing service. Recently I updated the app. Now, when I use my login to search, share listings with clients, etc…..I am bombarded with ads! I already pay to use this tool. I don’t want my search time to be interrupted with irrelevant advertisements. My monthly fee should allow access that is ad free.

Houses Disappear
Why do listings disappear and then reappear as you zoom in or look around. It’s so freakin obnoxious to be looking at a listing then zoom in a little bit and boom the listing is no longer visible. It’s total crap. Don’t have this problem with zillow or any other real estate app that I use!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?

Search needs improvement
There seems to be a few bugs. 1st) It wont let me draw a search area, when I get towards the bottom it refreshes and makes you start all over. This becomes an endless loop thus making it impossible to draw a map. 2nd) When I enter MLS number it doesn’t pull up the active listing.
Fix your app!!!
Please fix your app!! Don’t operate correctly. It’s been frustrating trying to use on the road when your trying to show information to clients. I’ve learned don’t rely on your app. That’s not good.
Bugs
Houses appear and disappear as you zoom in and out even though it says it showing everything.
App constantly crashes.
App functions properly about 5% of the time. Pretty frustrating to use.
Great app but make properties shareable
Great app but when you want to show the house you purchased to people, you don’t want to show the price in the listing bit There has to be a way to hide the price
Map view still buggy years later
It’s been years and they still haven’t fixed fundamental issues like properties appearing and disappearing as you pan/zoom around the same area. This doesn’t happen in the map view on their web site, just in this app. Makes it pretty worthless.
