Horrible service
Their customer service is terrible. I had placed an order for my parents living in Mumbai. The driver sent me an sms saying vehicle broke down. I Will deliver tomorrow pls don’t complain to customer service. The delivery hasn’t reached for over a week, customer service isn’t responding to online queries.

Awful, don’t even bother!
It doesn’t work! As a foreigner who moved to New Delhi not long ago, I was genuinely happy when I found out about this app, especially during this lockdown time. The only problem is that I can never actually make an order! The home page says there are slots available, so I proceed to checkout only for it to tell me there is not. And every time that happens it also makes me remove items from my basket because they’re no longer available. Inconveniently it only has a “notify me” tool for these missing items, instead of a “save” or “favorite” tool. Anyway, this app is a complete waste of time!

Payment debited twice
Payment of the order was done twice still it did not got reflected on the app more over when called to customer service they asked me to check with the bank for the payment as they didnot recieve any payment . Now i have to pay same amount for cash on delivery.

Delivery of goods made easy and for reasonable prices
Wide variety of groceries available. They are all reasonably priced and have good description of each product.
I find it easier to order via their app and they have reasonable offers on large orders of 1500 and above.
The only thing I hate is place order first and pay later which creates unnecessary extra orders and cancellation as the payment gateways are really sensitive. They really need to allow user to configure this and allow them to chose if they are okay to allow for this or not.

Best app to order Grocery
Very easy to order the groceries and get delivery at your convenient time.
Bb rocks
I have been using bb services from last 2 yrs and product varieties , delivery slots , timely deliveries , return options and app performance everything is awesome . I only had few issues while requesting for a change in delivery slot . Whenever I do this, I never get it on the next Promised slot and the order gets delAyed by 2-3 days . Other than that bb is a savior for all people who can’t visit stores for some or the other reasons .

Very good app
Very easy to use. Can find anything and everything and all commodities are so reasonably priced. Excellent value for money not mention the numerous offers u get with groceries.

80% of the vegetables are spoiled
I ordered nearly 12 varieties of vegetables from bigbasket. And 8 varieties are completely spoiled. I was not able to check the freshness during the time of delivery as it was wrapped in a paper bag and sealed with plaster.
I had to throw 4 items straight to the dust bin within a day. Surprisingly, coconut is also spoiled. This experience is extremely disappointing. Am never gonna order from big basket again

Bad service.. Buy somewhere else
Don’t bother ordering from them cause you might not receive the items at all or they’ll cancel your order without even putting the effort to contact you. They don’t deliver the order in the allotted time slot and will not even inform you about the delay. Being an Indian I was still okay with them being late and following indian Standard time but what irritated me even more was that they were supposed to deliver the items between 10 AM -12PM.. They finally called me at 1.12 PM which unfortunately I missed and at 1.13 PM(WITHIN 1 minute) they sent me an email that the order has been cancelled cause I did not pick the call. I wait for 1 hour 12 minutes and they did not even bother to at least put minimal effort to reach me. Order at your own risk if you can wait for their call without taking even 1 minute off. Any other important thing can wait but big basket will not.
