Poor refund policy
I paid cod for my order but when I returned the items i got my refund in bb wallet. Who would use a wallet when all the offers are based on paytm, credit or debit cards etc. if i use my wallet amount I won’t get any cash even though i am member of bb star program. Interesting thing is I didn’t even place the order. My paytm payment was declined while ordering and by default it took cod as payment mode and by itself placed the order.

Poor quality of fruits
Had ordered some fruit and coffee and sweets to be delivered to my mother . Out of the two kg of bananas, she threw away 6 immediately as they were almost pulp. The others had blackened skin and squashed . Today morning she had to throw more out. They came in two well packed boxes and unpacked them only after she left. This is the second time I tried ordering fruit and vegetables. The previous delivery was also of poor quality but this time is awful

Great service but way too many notifications
Service wise, Big Basket is great and I rarely have any problems. I order groceries through here all the time.
My main complaint is that there are way too many notifications and no option to only get the notifications related to my orders. Super inconvenient and annoying, please make a way for us to modify the notifications we receive :)

If you forget to add one item in your bulk order then you won’t able to add that item in your order list and they will charge you delivery charge for that order at the same address.
Nice App and timely delivery
We purchase our grocery items from here and see quality as good and delivery on time . Always a nice experience.

I have been doing my weekly shopping at big basket from last 21/2 years so far quality is good and customer service is excellent if you have any issue they see to it is sorted

Best app and service
I am so glad that big basket is available. It made my life so much easier. The only thing I would request is that they should have more imported options especially when it comes to red meat. The delivery is always on time and I really appreciate it.
Useful
So far so good, I have used it for on line shopping 4 or 4 times so far, and no complaints, either about the app or about delivery. Hope they keep up the good service.
