Easy to Set Up and Use
I will be using this app more frequently to track my healthcare from MVP. It is better than the MVP website in that respect. I wasn’t convinced I needed it or that it would be useful until I came down with an acute illness recently. The registration was quick, easy and the return phone call from my provider was prompt. She carefully listened and alerted me to what to look for that would require an in person visit to a doctor. Doesn’t Keep Plan Info During Search Changes
When doing a doctor, dentist or factory search each time I go back to check for a different provider the app requires re-entering my plan info which slows the process. It would be better if the app could have the plan info savedNbvt

Why can’t all stuff be on the mvp website. I should be able to find and schedule a flu shot easily but can’t?antennanotworking
Needs a ton of work - for now stick with the website
It’s slow, hard to navigate, claims not there one minute then show up or disappear at random. Try opening the find a doctor and it just goes blank.
Do the employees that created the app actually use it? Probably not. My guess is it’s a thrown together third party created app. Not functional at all. Should be able to add up claims and prescriptions as well. EOB statements missing in app.Show lessShoppingreviews

I started using the app a few years ago and sense they have consistently added more functionality and stability improvements every couple of months.
Viewing my claims and EOBs from them is invaluable. has been awesome every time I’ve needed it.
