  • App is fine…

… but if you’re calling to get Paxlovid in NY, forget it. I was prescribed Paxlovid because I have COVID, but no pharmacy will fill the script for it without a kidney screening. After speaking to the fourth pharmacy I called to try to get it filled, they said that it isn’t even supposed to be prescribed through telemed appointments! It was a complete waste of time and I likely won’t use this service again.

  • Great app

    Easy to use!!

I just got the insurance and downloaded the app, my third time opening and isn’t opening for me !!!!🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️
  • Ineffective/Malfunction for Virtual Visits

The App kicks me out every time I try to log into a virtual visit.

    Developer Response

We’re sorry to see you had this experience and hope you’ll give virtual visits another try. Our latest app update should have resolved this issue. Please reach out to us if you have any other troubles, we’re here to help!
  • Provider search doesn’t work

Provider search doesn’t even show a search bar, just blank. Garbage program, garbage service MVP just makes it hard so you don’t use your service but keep paying.

    Developer Response

We appreciate and value your feedback and look forward to creating an improved member experience, allowing you to easily search for providers. Our next app update is expected to include improvements to our provider search function. Stay tuned for updates!
  • Virtual care

I loved (and was surprised at) how easy it was to access virtual care. I am a snowbird (spending a few months each winter in Florida) and am comforted to know I will be able to get virtual care anywhere. Thank you, MVP!
  • Love the virtual care ability!

The virtual care experience with this app is fantastic. So much better than waiting at Urgent Care for hours and the doctor I spoke with was wonderful. Thanks MVP!
  • Useless for checking plan benefits or copayments

Based on common sense, the most helpful, relevant, and important services an app for MVP should provide is a way to check plan benefits and copayments.

Since this does not provide any information at all, I have to log into the website anyway.

That is the main reason why I would even bother to use an app is to see what my plan covers and what my copayment would be for that service.

Since I would STILL have to log into the website for this information, everything else this app provides is redundant and useless.

  • Everything I need in a health care app!

To be able to manage my health and my health plan all in one app is a game changer! Simple and easy to use.
  • No info about premiums

I’d like to be able to pay my premiums, or at least see my balance due. That seems like a huge oversight.

    Developer Response

Hi Lo-vermont, thank you for taking the time to provide feedback about your myMVP app experience. We value all feedback and take it into consideration to create a better member experience. You’re right, it would be convenient to be able to view balances and make payments directly through the app. That’s why we’re working on an update that will allow members to be able to view MVP premium balances and make payments directly to MVP, stay tuned!
