Easy to use
Love the new app! Easy to use and it’s so handy to be able to access and share my ID card so I don’t have to carry it in my wallet. I also like having multiple options for how I sign into the app.SquirrelyAnn

Can’t even log in
Have never gotten this app to work. Enter user / pw, click log in and app just rapidly glitches once and re-shows the log in screen. I’ve uninstalled, re-installed. I’ve rebooted phone. I’ve waited to later time (days & weeks) with same results. Worthless.Dank713
Utterly Useless
I can log in to the website, but not this pathetic app. I know I’m using the right credentials because in both cases I’m using the same password manager to enter them.

Not functional
This MVP app was barely functional to begin with. The lastest version is so full of bugs it just doesn’t even work.

Constant crashing
Tried to log in three times, even tried starting a new account. It’s always crashed. I’ve never been able to log in.8518442
App doesn’t work
Tried logging in, kept saying password incorrect. Keeping trying to reset it and it just freezes after verification code entered. Can’t log in to check anythingmichellem_08
Doctor information is very outdated.
Looked for doctors in Victor area, data is not accurate. Very much out of date.gfgfhgjgjgk
Terrible App
