The app doesn't even save your login info, and you regularly get logged out even if you're using the site. Which, by the way, is all this app really does: provide a very poor interface for accessing the MyMVP website.ph4zr

Needs an update

No longer allows you to see your ID cards, forces you to log into the website, then re-login every time you try to change the page you are looking at!!! Fix it please, the premiums MUST stretch to better IT support surely!Britchick88

App is garbage, when you on your phone and are trying to view you ID card it will direct you to download the app once you’ve done so it “will make the attempt” it will never allow you to view you ID card on your phone through the app or website gives you the run around very frustrating spending 1/2 hour going back and forth for nothing. The only way to access is through a computer or laptop.Show lessdork515cme
App Broken
App does little more than serve as an interface to the MVP website. The actions within the app do little more than send you to the web login page and, once logged in, to the Member Home page. Might as well just go to the MVP website from a browser.c12180
No longer functional
The new update won’t allow you to use the app functions. Once you sign in, it brings you to the website. If I wanted to use the website I wouldn’t have downloaded the app. Also the save your username function doesn’t save your information. You have to type it in every time.
