Needs Touch ID
In this age of technology, when you need a username and password for everything but your bathroom, it would be nice if this app allowed me to use Touch ID. I like it. It’s helpful. I will not ever use facial recognition.Kitty62862

App has not been updated in over a year! Does not always function and cannot search claims. Other insurance companies are light years ahead of MVP’s technology.Musicfanatic815
App no longer functions properly
App no longer allows you to search claims but instead provides a phone number to call for assistance. Not sure when the last update was rolled out and if this issue coincides. Have had issues searching claims for about a month, used to be able to go back a step and on second attempt it would work but this no longer works.Show less47Problem /G\
Worst ever
Half the time I can't even log in because it won't display the log in screen. When I can finally log in I keep getting errors that they can't display my plan information. How is that supposed to help me at all. This app needs a log of work.drgnmike
