  • Needs more to inprove

Needs a better way of moving around and seeing the complete board of the game, also add more information into the game
  • Glitchy

I found the game a bit boring to begin with. Just tried to continue my play through and was dropped into 2-1 with no monsters and no way to continue. Choosing restart trashed my game and put me back at 1-1.
  • Not Enough Cards

Can only take or discard cards should be able to keep some of the cards you find as in some games you get a lot of monsters and get no weapon cards. Can not save game or re-spawn just start again a bit crap. The game could be a really good game if it was more balanced and give you a better chance to progress in the game instead of making it boring having to keep re-starting every time you get killed off maybe introduce a three lives and you are out system to make it more interesting, needs more work.

  • Last update three years ago.

Devs stopped working on the iOS version (Pc) has always been better, but it is very pay to win. And not very fun.
  • Not maintained?

I really enjoyed this game for a few days. Beautiful style and humorous theme. However, I encountered a bug where the level complete portal would spawn in an inaccessible place. This happened multiple times. Very frustrating because you then have to restart your entire game.

Additionally, the integrated game recording library they use, Everyplay has been shutdown for over three months. Looking at the version history form this game, it does not appear to have been updated in a couple of years.

I think this game may be a zombie itself.

  • Fun well balanced game

Pros: This game is fun and visually cool if you like a table top style dungeon crawler. Every level is randomly generated so it keeps it from getting boring in that way. Lots of cool cards to choose from. Different styles of game play and cards allow you to create your own strategy. New creatures and bosses on each level keep it exciting and interesting. It also has a unique sense of humor. Overall I definitely recommend this game. 4 STARS!

Cons: The AI of the enemy’s is pretty weak, so in this way it’s easy to let enemy’s fall into obvious traps. Also not much complexity in the way that a lava monster can also be killed by a lava based attack. The game is challenging to start but quickly becomes too easy once you master the right card choices. It would have been a more rewarding game if there was some rewards systems in place, like getting medals or badges for clearing all the rooms of enemy’s, or killing multiple enemies in a single attack etc. Overall it needs to be more challenging.

  • Fun turn based RPG

Needs updated content, DLC or maybe characters to choose from. Fun game though
  • Limited opportunity for strategic thinking.

The game has a very nice look, but after playing with it for a couple of hours I became quite frustrated with how limited my choices really were. I'm a big fan of difficult games, and was hoping that this would test my wits the way Darkest Dungeon and Card Hunters does, but hard games are only fun when winning or losing is the result of a player's decisions. The lack of choices hits you the moment you start your first game, when you have one type of hero to choose from, one choice of positive traits, and one choice of negative traits. You don't even get to name your generic knight. Anything you find in your adventure has to be used immediately, or lost forever. Since any given card can only be used about a dozen times before running out of charges, it's very easy to find yourself with access only to defensive/buff cards, and without a fresh attack card you are effectively unarmed. New cards are obtained almost exclusively by killing monsters, so if your last offensive card is out of charges you are utterly screwed. If you could trade in all of your defensive cards for one offensive card, you could keep playing. Alternatively, if dying gave you an additional trait to choose from on your next attempt, there would be some reason to try again. As it is I'm moving on. I'll likely check back in a year, but for now I'm taking this off my tablet.

  • One of my favorite games!

This has been one of my “go-to” games for years. I love everything about it. Now that my wife has taken interest; I would be very happy to see expansions for co-op and vs. modes...and I would gladly pay $$$ for it! Maybe a sequel?!
  • Love it

Steep-ish curve to master the attrition-based gameplay but very satisfying once you understand. RNG sucks sometimes.

All is forgiven since there's no ads or microtransactions! F*** yeah!
