The app is not working!!!!?
Every time I try to open it i got kick out I deleted it several times again and again and it still not working !!? Wth

I have created an account and registered. I have now waited over 15 days and my registration information has not been verified. The slowest thing my eyes have seen since I was born.

plus the UI is very hard, some options are way burried in the sidebar which is very hard to read and find the option you want

Extremely Dissatisfying Experience
I had an incredibly disappointing experience with my bank application. The quality of the app is very poor, and it took me over four hours of attempting to download my bank statement, only to be met with the frustrating message, "an error occurred, please try again." This issue seriously needs immediate attention and improvement from the bank's development team.

Barely can login to my account, type box for the sms confirmation is not working and much of other bugs

That app is literally game changer. It allows us to do so much thing, it’s amazing !!!
A lot of issues
This application is getting worse by each update, I can obtain a bank statement when I visit the bank in person, yet online access is not available before the month ends. Moreover, even after the new month starts, I continue to encounter errors when trying to retrieve the previous month's statement.
