(I also encouraged many of my friends to buy it.) Now that function is gone, unless you pay $6.99/month. I was suddenly switched to a stripped-down free version called SEER. I’m not sure why can’t I just access the version I originally paid for? I like the direction this app is going with facilitating language study better…but it is pretty clear that they didn’t test the Thai reading with someone who speaks Thai (which is probably hard to find). But sadly I can’t use it because there is no audio (I have hearing problems). Can this be fixed soon? Btw, thank you for this app! This time the only language to load was Slovenian. Just like that one of my favorite scripture study apps is gone *2026-02-22, version 1.0.6* Imagine this: as I was sitting in Sacrament meeting and wanted to pull up a scripture in Mosiah, and “the scripture app” I have loved since 2009? 2010 - using Spanish and English side by side is gone but something called Seer is in its place? Not appreciating this. What happened to the app I am referring to? Change the app back the way it was. What wonderful things you have done for your pocket book. Now this company or app is being forced into a month to month subscription completely negating the unlimited access I paid for years ago. What a greedy thing to do for those that are trying to read scriptures. ### 1/5 — I already paid $9.99 for this scripture app several years ago! *2026-02-20, version 1.0.6* I paid $9.99 plus tax for this several years ago, and now because the creator changed the name of the app I have to pay $6.99 every month? I feel robbed! This also advertised as having the Arabic Book of Mormon, but it doesn’t. Translation is gone and so is the ability to contact them. I’m NOT happy. UPDATE: I received an email saying that they have unblocked the Contact Us button and that including AI in the Translate feature cost a lot. It also included links to contact the developer (404 Not Found error) and to update my review (my review isn’t on that page). I bought the app for its simple, yet excellent functionality. However this new “reimagining” of the app and rebranding as “seer” is extremely disappointing and unfortunate. AI is front and center in the app and for that privilege, you must pay a monthly subscription fee. I have lost functionality that I already paid for, such as audio for languages and much more. The free version of the app is severely crippled and barely worth using. I have steered many others to use the previous version of this app, but no more. I sincerely hope that the app developers are listening and make some changes, at least restoring the functionality for which we already paid. **Developer response:** Thanks for your feedback. Can you please share more about which features you are missing besides audio? The audio was a mistake, and we're going to add that back to the free tier. Please update to the latest app version and let us know what else you are struggling with.
