Poor

Doesn’t let you delete jobs from the print queue on the phone and also doesn’t connect to printers if you are out of the building they are in.

Help us small shops!

Read what purplevwpeople said. This doesn't help if I'm running another machine and the press stops while printing. Please fix!

Please Please make error notifications work!!!

I run a small shop and want to know if my machine stops running. This helps but without push notifications it’s not as helpful as it could be. Also I have to be on the same LAN as the fiery to use the app. I was told by a Fiery rep that was to protect the Fiery from the outside world. Fiery Navigator can email me if my machine is down for 5+ minutes and does so without me even being logged in to anything. If Fiery Navigator can get that info then the app should be able to get it too.

All I want this thing to do is beep at me when printing stops for any reason. Can’t be that hard.

Finally - to the people trying to operate their machine from their phone, quit that, you can’t do everything from your phone.

Description not accurate

Description says you can do multiple things, can’t see to do anything other than view status...

Does Not Work

This app has great potential. Unfortunately, you can't log in.

Decent app!

The app works great, is clean, and easy to use. The only thing that I don't like is that you can only apply presets and change the number of copies to existing jobs. If you could change the settings (tray, duplex, finishing, etc) in the app, it would get 5 stars for sure!

Needs push notifications

Very handy as my Canon imagePress is about 50 feet from my desk and I often walk back and forth several times running test pages before starting a big job. I can run the job while standing at the machine from my phone now.

BUT an even more useful feature would be for the app to get a push notification with an alert when paper or toner runs out. The description suggests that it will do this, but it doesn't and there doesn't seem to be any option to turn it on.

Won't connect with iPod touch. Tried everything.

We have a Fiery running on a 65C-km, have installed the Fiery integration package and API, are running software 8 release 2. Try to connect with either server name or IP address, using "admin" or "operator" as the username and all we ever get is "connection failed" error. Utterly useless.

Pointless.

This app is worthless for me. I was hoping I'd be able to forward ports in my firewall and access my fiery and get updates from anywhere but it will only work if you are on the same wifi network. Pointless for my company. I agree with the other review. They need a full blown command workstation mobile app.
