  • Great game

Great game, but I wish audio from music or podcasts could continue playing in the background while I'm playing the game.
  • enjoyable

Enjoyed the game. I've been playing several point 'n click games recently, for some reason, and this is probably the one from this dev that I liked the best. I got this a long time ago and never got around to it but now I wish I had done so sooner. Like the couple of other games I have from this dev, the map is only partly useful. It doesn't help much if you're trying to find the quickest way from point A to point B but it can help you remember in which scene you found something or where you need to got to finish something. Also, there is too much back and forth, like in their other games, but I didn't think it was as bad as in the other games of theirs that I've played. Puzzles were not too difficult, overall, but also mostly not stupidly easy, though there are usually one or two where it takes a little thought or time to know where to go or what to do. I checked out the hints after finishing because, when I went to write my review I saw some complaints about them. I agree, while not completely useless they seemed in many cases fairly useless--they could have been worded better to give a good hint without giving too much away. I also agree with some of the comments on the poor English--there are too many instances of that in the game. The combination of the map, hints and journal all inside the inventory chest is also more cumbersome than it should be.

  • Fun setting for a point&click

Although fairly sprawling like a lot of MediaCity games with a lot of back and forth travel, the setting is unique and enjoyable and the primary goal in completing the game is centrally located. Some fairly rote puzzles but a few of them have some unexpected layers.

I do wish the hints/clues/maps weren't nested inside the inventory chest.

  • Whimsical

I enjoyed this puzzle adventure game. You do have to travel back and forth which can get confusing. Love all MediaCity games.
  • HORRENDOUS GAME TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY

SAVE YOUR MONEY! IMPOSSIBLE TO FOLLOW! NONE OF THE HINTS WORK! HORRENDOUS RIP OFF. NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!
  • Alice trapped

The gameplay started well, graphics a bit lame, but then the hints— totally useless. I reached a point where no further progress is possible.
  • Hummm

I spent 2 hours trying to complete the game just to get a note that says “to be continued” very sad
  • Lots of Fun

I really enjoyed this game. I didn't need any hints but it was appropriately challenging. In fact, I don't want a game so frustrating that I feel that I need hints, nor do I want a game so easy that I cruise through without them. Again, if you just stay persistently focused, you will see everything taking shape. There were times I didn't know what to do next, but then I revisited places I'd been and realized I overlooked something. Thankfully, you don't just find an item and apply it somewhere. There are many instances you are holding onto something for quite a while before you realize where it applies. The standalone puzzles were great. I didn't feel they were too out in space, as I've seen in some similar games where you're thinking "are you serious? How would I have ever understood that's what they wanted me to do?" That mental moment never occurred for me in this game. After I'd solved a puzzle, I felt confident the game gave me enough clues to think that through and solve it. Not simply, of course... there was thought there, but it was fun and satisfying and I wish it were longer because I was having a great time. The graphics were lovely and I felt happy inside of this world. 5 stars for fun, cleverness, and beauty.

  • A rudimentary game filled with bugs

Poor quality graphics; still has bugs. Cannot advance out of first round. Hints are vague and irrelevant to the game.
  • Kk

It was just like the movie.
