Absolutely hopeless app

The concept is good, the design support and usability are pretty poor. Tried to buy tickets, got diverted to a holding page. Waited for a month before any sort of communication from their ‘support’ team. Perhaps they’ve fixed the app since launch, but don’t hold your breath or expect miracles….. good luck !
