I like many other reviewers paid for a photo album I never received. They told me that it is "too expensive" to track their shipped orders. Now they are ignoring my attempts to contact them for a refund. Buyer beware!! Update 7/21/17: I disputed the charge for this book I never received and this company did not respond to my credit card's request for information. ZERO stars - buyer beware! 😡

Just received my very first book, very pleased with the service, from designing to receiving the book about 2 weeks. For a non complicated way of getting several photographs into a nice size hardback book I can highly recommend Bookagram. I will be ordering more books in 2015.

This app is awesome!! I just finished creating a 94 page book.. It's so simple to use, and looks absolutely great! I can't wait to receive my bookagram and will post another review when I do! But everything so far has been 10 out of 10

Bookagram accepted my order, billed my credit card, and has failed to get me my product. I have been waiting weeks...
BE AWARE
Although this is a great idea, I have yet to hear any update on my order and it has been a week. I couldn't find anything on their website other than a question submission box. The app and bookagram belong to a company called One Click Ltd. When I try that website (www.oneclickltd) there is a notice of site suspension. However, I am going I wait this one out and hopefully I will get my book printed with quality materials. If the app wants more business they need to keep their customers updated on their orders they pay for.
UPDATE: today is February 20th, I ordered this on January 29th. I still do not have a book in hand. However, I did get in contact with bookagram. When I ask where my book is they give me a generic answer, "we are located in Europe and customs may hold up your package." This is ridiculous.
