Abandonware; needs bug fixes, updates

This app has been mostly great over the years; however, when installed on an iPhone 14 Pro (and likely all iPhone 15 devices), the display scaling is completely broken. This makes it difficult to use and navigate within the app. I emailed the developer, so hopefully they will take the time to fix it. (I’m pretty sure this is abandonware, though.)

UPDATE: It’s been a month since I emailed the developer and I haven’t received a response. It’s pretty clear this is abandonware—not that it wasn’t fairly obvious. I reported the issues and lack of support directly to Apple. If the developer can’t be bothered to support their app/software and fix the issues with newer devices, then it should be removed from the App Store.

Mostly great; needs bug fixes, updates

This app has been mostly great over the years; however, I’ve always found it to be a little glitchy. To be fair, it’s always worked for me. Now, when installed on an iPhone 14 Pro, the display scaling is completely broken. Hopefully the developer will take the time to fix it. I’ll definitely change my rating to 5-stars if/when the app is fixed.

Simple and awesome!

I’ve downloaded other apps, but I keep coming back to 7 Minutes. Really, what I want to do is track my weight and be motivated to do a little exercise! I’ll often do two or three cycles, but there is no excuse NOT to exercise for 7 minutes a day to improve your overall health, balance and strength. My daughter and I wake up in the morning and do the exercises before getting ready for the day. Sometimes I go for stretches not using the app, but it still remains my go-to favorite.

Easy and you get results. Period.

Hey guys I had this app like around 2017 and told myself to start from the bare minimum necessities available. I would literally do it everyday not any of that rest day crap. I lost 14 pounds in like 3 weeks solid. But you also have to give it effort in diet and just have a little balance. I never had a diet I just committed to doing 7 mins a day and not letting anything stop me. It’s literally done before you know it. Honestly it does everything for you. It’s nothing crazy, simple dynamic workouts that are insanely effective. Even though I was no stranger to working out. I wanted to start from nothing (like no weights or machines) then I just added my weight lifting routine and when I was in better shape I started to modified my workouts again. But this will help you massively. This is what literally made me shred pounds. I was never much of a cardio person. This just lets you commit to 7 mins, tracks your days, holds your hand. Do over do a workout or under do one. Just literally 7 MINS is all. When you realize your not sweating from the basic outlined workout, it’s time to either increase the time or routine. Super Easy. I recommend this to everyone I’ve known that claims they don’t have time lol. Like the saying goes “It’s never to late to start” BUT “It’s always to late to wait!”

Good App, But …

This is a good app to use for exercising, but “user beware”. If you have joint issues, do not attempt some of the exercises. There should be a “less strenuous” version of some of the exercises that affect the knees, shoulders, etc. for those who have arthritis or previous injuries that make it painful or even dangerous for some people to do. It does get us moving, and that is what is important. Thank you, Developers, for an app that gets us to exercise in a short amount of time!

It Really Works!

I DO NOT enjoy working out, but I’m at the age that my body demands it. I did this faithfully for one year - only the 7 minute basic routine! I reached my goal weight and my blood pressure, cholesterol, etc. were great, too. And I loved being and feeling in shape! Life changed, I strayed from my routine, and I have some work to do. I’ve tried other programs, but didn’t stick with them. This year I’ve come back to my senses and back to my 7 minutes!

Just finished day 143

I am at my fitness peak so far. Just by doing this workout, I have lost 15 pounds and I feel the healthiest that I have ever been in my life so far ( I am 23 for reference). I usually do 2-3 rounds a day, but sometimes I’ll only do 1. I like to modify some exercises, for example when I do push-ups I’ll use push-up stands and I’ll do different variations like diamond.

Your metabolism also fires up at rest. You continuously burn calories when you are not exercising because of this workout.

Great morning workout

This is great to do in the morning to wake you up and get you started for the day. Especially if your a busy person and don't have time to workout. It requires you to use strength and cardio with no equipment and its over before you know it. And I love that you can add more rounds or spend more time on the movements, if you have the time.

Great App for filling the Breaks in my Day

I have to say, I love how it has made me aware of some free time in my workday. Now I run through it and that gets me motivated to do my next task. I use it after I have completed a task at work and need to switch to a new thing. I start up the 7 Minute track, work through it, knowing it’s short, and it is a great way for me to get back to my desk feeling pumped!

I’m shaping up, while working at home because I can fit this into my day a few times, rather than jumping onto a mind numbing game, that gets me nowhere.

It’s all about where you choose your motivation and it has helped me think differently about small moments in my day.

The basic best.

I have used this 3 times a week for almost 5 years and nothing NOTHING beats it’s thorough routine and simple use. There are frills but I never use them because it’s the simple routine this app gives me that keeps me fit and trim. If ANYONE used this for 90 days 3 days a week they will see…but it is the lack of discipline that holds them back. Do it!
