Great customer service
I was having an issue with being able to play with friends. I reached out to game developers and they told me what to do…and it worked! Naturally it boiled down to user error (me). Love the board game so I thought I’d try the app version. Playing with the robot drives me a little crazy because he blocks almost every move I want to make. I guess I need to learn to play better. 😄Show less123lesley

Hi Lesley ! You can set the Offline robot to 4 different settings: Easy, Average, Hard and Expert. When you start an offline game, just tap on Easy and it will change to Average and so on until you see the level of robot you'd like to play against. Then just tap Start Game and voila! Happy Qwirkling!Still buggy but getting better!
I love Qwirkle, we own the physical game as well. This app is buggy but getting better. I still have problems inviting friends to play on-line. Currently it’s not listing any of my friends, the field is blank. So no way of starting a new game. Also sometimes I make a move and hit done but it doesn’t save my move which is frustrating.Show lessMissme313

The single player against the computer has always been a good game. But the multiplayer on-line game never worked! Very exasperating! Until now! They fixed it in the latest update. Played a full game with my husband last night. It works great!Beario7
Needs bug fixes
This is a fun app however it’s really hard to play against your friends. It makes it very difficult to get a game started and also I personally would like a chat feature or a nudge feature for when you play people. A game can be prolonged or never ended because someone chooses to not play.C0128C

I love the game, and the recent update is great. Initially, I had some issues connecting with friends through Game Center, but the developer helped me resolve the issue. Great customer support!GMLockard
Trouble with online play
This game is wonderful. I have purchased several physical board game versions and love it; however, I have not been able to play using Game Center on iPhone or Mac book pro. The only way I’m able to see the opponent has taken a turn is by closing Qwirkle and reopening it. Not a good user experience for the app. Has anyone else had these problems?
Works fine for robot mode so for solo play everything works great.
This would be a 5 star if I could get online play to work correctly. The game itself is wonderful.Show lessVictor1871

Victor - We are here to help! There's a few basics I'll list here, but if you have any issues just drop us an email at contact@919games.com See the following please: 1. Verify you are using the latest Qwirkle app and the sure fire way to do that is if you see Both the 919Games and THEN the MMOV splash screens on start up. 2. Then go to your Apple Settings – not the game – and you need to work your way to the setting for Game Center. Turn connect Off if it is on and then restart your device and come back and turn it ON , OR if it’s OFF to begin with, turn it ON and restart your device. All friends must be playing the updated version. We are at your service and can provide screenshots and more helpful info as you may wish😊.Love playing……
But wish we could message back-and-forth to our opponents. And sometimes it’s hard to start a new game.

Now please playtest this new version 3 with iPhone mini devices. The new version is practically unplayable on my iPhone. I gave an extra star because this is one of my favorite games to waste a few minutes here and there with, but please fix!pdxnik
