Update!! I have changed my review as the tech support guy (Tim - who is amazing BTW) contacted me and thru a series of debugging he found my problem and my sisters and I are back at playing again!! Great game. Been playing for many many years.

Having the latest version is required to hook up with your family and friends so you’re all playing the same game (version 3.0). I have really enjoyed playing Qwirkle with a variety of people, in person and in remotely. I’ve also played with people of all ages and enjoy the game and the accompanying conversation of all ages. What bothers me is that I cannot play a full game of Qwirkle remotely with a friend or family member. I often can’t find the person or they me (after I sent an invitation to play on a given date & time. We are both AWOL.Show lessHungry_Tom

I loved my online games before the new update and now they are no longer there to play with. I can not figure out how to use the new site! I hate it and am so disappointed!!!jzxwq

This game has a lot of glitches, from difficulty starting a new game to having to repeatedly play your turn before it actually sticks. The game itself is fun, but the app is in need of some major attention. I struggle with it on both my iPhone and iPad. Latest update made it even worse.61SMW

Game would be more fun if the robot wasn’t an idiot. He makes the most stupid plays, so I keep resigning. Ugh. Guess I should just wait for real people to play, because I like game.123lesley

Hi Lesley ! You can set the Offline robot to 4 different settings: Easy, Average, Hard and Expert. When you start an offline game, just tap on Easy and it will change to Average and so on until you see the level of robot you'd like to play against. Then just tap Start Game and voila! Happy Qwirkling!Awesome!
This version is awesome! But there are a few things you may want to know: If you updated before completing current games in the older version or had automatic updates turned on, yeah those games may be lost, but achievements and all else are still there. To the Friends thing, everybody has to be updated and playing the same version. Get all your friends to update and you’ll be golden. I had to reinvite a couple of friends but no biggie once they updated.Show lessDubbz_
Ready to Quit
The new version of Qwirkle has deleted all my online games several times, quit continually in the middle of play, and generally made this a game NOT WORTH PLAYING. Why would anyone waste a minute of time trying to make something work that the new company has obviously botched.
