Absolutely shocking that the app has not been working for weeks!!! Paid good money for the camera and can’t even use it!! Terrible service.

Hello, the current version has been updated, it is recommended to update it
Good and bad
1-Email doesn't bind for password(no email received and not in my junk folder)
2-Set to high resolution but when you leave app and go back in the pics blurry and even if it says high res you have to select it again to clear pic
3-When you leave app the camera will move from position you set it to and/or zoom in all the way for no reason and I have to reposition it
4-Audio is garbled when you talk
5-I changed the password and it took effect after about 5 minutes then reverted back to the old password that came with camera
6-The gesture lock I have set several times and it works once and then deselects itself.
7-When you go into local media to see where pics and videos are recorded locally(not on an sd card) it usually shows empty as I don't use this feature-however today throughout last night there are approx 30 videos that were recorded that I didn't do with different time stamps yet I can not view them...??? This really concerns me!

Since the software update unable to log in. Even click to reset password. It says password changed log back in. Nope. Won’t log in
Ok try register the devices again it says NOPE this email address already exists therefore you must login.
Well I did know the password and used it for years but now cannot login nor reset not register again.

A disgraceful software update that locks you out of your account with absolutely no way to be reset.
Please fix!! My cameras do not work with other software apps??!!

Used to work until today. At work no access all day.
Came home. Reset. Reinstalled, checked firmware all up to date.
Works on WiFi. NO LONGER WORKS ON 4g or 3G mobile network!!
What’s the point of a remote camera if cannot access when outside the house??
Could be the fact I’ve updated to ios12. But pretty annoyed absolutely no longer works unless via WiFi in the house?!!!!

Decent app, never gives me any trouble and does what I need. The camera I’ve got has been discontinued though and want to buy more to add to this app. Any suggestions for what to buy much appreciated.
