It’s OK but flawed

The app works reasonably well but there’s some frustrating quirks. Sometimes when I open the app I get a circular control on screen that lets me press arrows to move the camera. This is actually more useful than sliding your finger across the camera image. But... there isn’t a way of bringing this up when you want it. It’s completely random and there’s absolutely nothing on screen to press that will bring it up or switch it off. It’s the most bizarre app. It also takes FOREVER to connect to the cameras when I have others that are completely instant. Personally I’d look for a different system as I’m going to move all my cameras over to a more reliable system with an app that actually makes sense.

2 way talk not working

Unable to talk to my mother through camera since the last update a week ago. The speaker in her end is not working but works on my windows pc

Can’t hear out of the camera??

This app has been working amazingly since I bought our cameras. Just recently I can still hear from the app but we can not hear out of our camera. I upped the volume on the settings. I logged out and re-logged back in. I even rebooted the cameras. Help!!!

Great ap and quick notifications when it works

I’m on iPhone and push notifications has now stopped working. Used to work really well so can you fix please.

If you’re running this on an iPad (not sure about iPhones), you will need to be sure to start the app while in vertical orientation. If you start while in horizontal orientation, you will not see the options in the lower-right corner of the video area that allow you to access the memory card.

Future versions might be fixed?

Doesn't Work Remotely Anymore!!

When I first got this, I could log in from work to see what was going on at home with the family but now, just recently, it continues to say I'm offline unless I'm home on the same network as the camera. Now I'm upset that I ever bought this camera!!

Rate change for better

They worked out some of the kinks and now the app and cameras work well together. No issues but giving it a four only because they don't have the ability to snap a pic or video when motion detection goes off. It would be really nice if it could do that. But overall great improvement!

Door bell cam

Unfortunately this product doorbell camera does not now work on the iPhone with IOS13. Maybe a new release of the apps software or an update could be done ASAP. Or maybe by a better product?

Unable to update

I have been trying for months to update the firmware for this app and am unable to. It hasn’t worked for our family for 4-5 months now. We use as a nanny cam and baby monitor. However when it’s working I love it 🤷🏻‍♀️

I have tried everything

I deleted the camera in the app re-scanned it nothing, entered it in manually nothing, restarted my router nothing, tried wireless nothing, deleted the app nothing I don’t know what else to do I won’t connect when I try to check the camera. This camera and app really went downhill since we bought it. Just don’t buy it don’t waste your time.
