Security concerns

For those of you who are considering buying their product or already own their product, be aware the privacy issues where your information is shared with the Chinese government (due to the fact the company is owned by Chinese). If you want to know more then read their privacy agreement carefully.

Always Says Offline

It’s been over a year and no updates, constantly says offline, so I have to delete account and start over again only to do it again a few times a month. It’s crazy that the last review was over a year ago... If this is so easy to plug and play, why am I unplugging and plugging back in monthly to connect.??? But when it does work it’s easy to use, you can hear well and talking is delayed but easy to navigate. The picture depends on your phone, but it’s clear, we use the WiFi vs hard wired and no on the USB card. But if you have a reason to use it. Over all 3 stars, but I’m thinking of going 2 stars as pretty soon, this will be thrown out and replaced with a better camera if nothing is done to improve the connectivity issue!

IP Camera Offline!

Previous version works fine, no problem. New updates now completely disconnect all the cameras and now displayed as OFFLINE!

Used to work just fine

App used to work just fine, as intended. However, recently I’m no longer able to get alert notifications, the recordings are on the card, and accessible when browsing the card via the app, but motion events no longer show under the notifications tab, despite being activated.

Wish more options

Wish it would have option to have view 2 live feeds at the same time. We have only 2 cameras so when switching to 4 view, the screens are so tiny and half of screen is unused. Also would be good to be able switch audio on all feeds while on multiple feed especially when monitoring 2 baby’s in separate rooms.

Used to be great

Used to work perfectly. Clear picture. Easy to use. Hard to move from house to house, just a hard reset each time works though. Now it suddenly crashes on me all the time! No idea why. Latest update maybe?

Are used to love this app. At first we had several IP cameras working through it. We recently changed our Rueter and now need to reattach the cameras. This latest version of it does not connect properly with Wi-Fi set up. LAN works fine but as soon as you disconnect the LAN cable the camera disconnects too. I can’t now reattach the cameras. This latest version of it does not connect properly with Wi-Fi set up. Unless of course I’m missing something

Absolutely awful

This app is useless, believe the rest of the reviews!!! I set up my camera just fine initially, but just recently moved and will not detect my camera for the life of me. I’ve tried OVER 20 different times to hook this thing up.... it is garbage. Also, the English translations are awful. If you’ve bought this camera, RETURN IT

Very easy to setup.

I just downloaded the app and connected my camera less two minutes.

Horrible

Have not been able to work since last upgrade; camera constantly says “offline” no matter how many times I walk through the connection steps. Worse part is there is no support team!

Would not recommend
