Can not pay with card , not user-friendly the tool pay-by-phone is significantly more useful and convenient
What is the purpose of this app
How it is possible that a pay to park app doesnt allow you to pay a parking? Why not using PaybyPhone which is the most common park app in Miami!!!

Hard to define how horrible this is
Not really sure why Miami Beach doesn't use Pay to Park like elsewhere in South FL. This app is the exact opposite of Pay to Park, horrible usability, poor interface, no option to pay for parking
Poorly made app
This app is terrible. It is extremely difficult to navigate and I can never get it to actually pay for the parking as it is designed to do so. It's very confusing. Pay by phone is much better, too bad the beach doesn't use that app.
Worst parking app ever
I live in Miami Beach and downloaded this app bc I wanted to have the convenience of paying for (my own as well as my visitors) parking from my phone as I do with PayByPhone in most other Miami areas. This app is horrible!! Not to mention useless. I can't add the location # manually, it only finds garage but not street parking like what's in front of our condo, it's not accurate in finding my location at all! It needs a lot of work! To the app developer: Look into PayByPhone and see how you can add those features!

Constantly Crashes and makes you re-login
Unfortunately, this app is a joke compared to Pay By Phone used elsewhere in Miami. It takes at least five minutes if you succeed at all paying for parking. Great job city of Miami beach. Just start using pay by phone and all your problems will be solved!
The Worst Parking App Ever
This is most useless app! I have an iPhone 5s, and I had to enter my information at least 3 times per session because every time I would type in my user and password and get to the zone screen, I would hit "continue" and it would revert back to the login screen. How many times do I have to login in order to pay for my parking?! Ridiculous!! I can't even renew my parking from the text reminder you send me. This app is so confusing. You need to model the Pay by Phone app--that one has the best interface. Your app is incredibly difficult to use. No wonder everyone hates parking on Miami Beach.

horrible HORrible HORRIBLE!!!!
Makes you log in like 50 times. You get through one or two screens then it decides you need to start all over. That's if it even believes your name and password are correct. Screw you crappy developer. I hope you get run over.
Terrible app
It crashes all the time. It took more then 30 min to create an account!! When time was about to expire we tried to extend parking and the app kept logging out. Had to do it online. Took over 15 min of my meal time to do this! Not work it! Just log online works much better. Good idea, very very bad execution!!
