The app doesn't open all the features when selecting my new epson ekotank…whats the point of this app?

Paper options
Please make it so you can have the option to print on professional matte paper. This is the only downfall of this app
The lag makes this nearly intolerable.
I’ve never used any app that lagged SO ridiculously long when simply trying to access my photo album for a collage. Trying to create a collage with 4 simple images is easily a 10 minute process. Because god forbid I need to choose a different image….3-4 min waiting for my photo album to become accessible *each time* I tap to add a photo or change a photo in the collage.
Imagine needing to make a collage that uses 10 pictures!
This app has me considering just returning my brand new Epson printer so I don’t have to deal with the frustration of this issue. Printing from my devices is a must, and this app is the worst.
My iPhone and iPad are up to date on their operating systems, they’re new, my wifi is really strong, etc,… this shouldn’t be happening. What’s the issue??
I’ve never hated an app so much that it made me not want to bother using my printer.
I’m surprised at how god-awful the apps compatible with the Epson xp970 are. Mostly this one. But iPrint is awful too. And the software for printing from my computer is ridiculously frustrating as well. Bad bad bad. I had an Epson printer years ago, absolutely adored it, which is why I bought this new one and I’m so disappointed in pretty much all the apps and programs required to use it properly. F.

First time user
Just put app on phone and am having great luck printing pictures. Wish I had had this app 5 years ago when our first great grandbaby was born
Disappointed
Three of the Features that are listed are not available when you try to use them, CD/DVD label, Photo book and Greeting Cards, what is the point of showing them if you cannot use them.
Creative print
This doesn’t allow you to proceed without registering the printer numerous times. All in all it works well.
Brilliant
This has been an absolute pleasure to use, great fun exploring the fabulous options. It’s been a game changer for my artwork, I’m now printing my own stationery with my paintings on, I’m producing my own greeting cards and lots more. It’s so easy to use with great results. I highly recommend this.

Works amazing once you get used to it. Every Epson printer owner should have this app.
