Easy to use, well laid out. I wish it were a bit easier to pay the credit card, it’s hidden in “pay loans”. I do love that I can categorize every transaction and view it in a graph!rosie7r

The app could be more interesting but I do like it cause I have access to almost everything I want, but I want my ID number, account and routing to be accessible cause everytime they ask me or I need them it’s a nightmare. After that, great job. Thank you!!!!heaventoolow / IG + FB
App is disappointing
I have had great difficulty with getting this app to work. When I go to use it, it says, that I need to download the app, which is already in place. I think SFCU is behind the times. I have had to deposit the check via remote deposit to my TD Bank account and then transfer the check amount externally back to SFCU. I only gave it 3 stars, as it has gone through the last 2 times, but with great difficulty and frustration.Show lessMurietta11
Remote Check Deposit does not work
Since I upgraded to the new app the Remote Check Deposit does not work. It just gives you an error message that says a problem has occurred with the remote deposit capture adapter. I called and they can’t explain why this is happening. They said make sure phone and app is updated and which they are.Show lessdjt1150
Seems out-dated.
Will there be an update to your app soon?
This app seems to be behind in comparison to where other apps are. Transfers are tough, checking statements, paying bills.. it’s all almost nearly impossible or at least always an issue. The remote deposit works well though!
