Customer service

When the app works it’s fine. Nothing more than a tracking tool from your gps. Your out of luck if it goes down because customer service is non existent. I’ve been waiting and waiting for a tech to even make an initial outreach after 3 requests. Unfortunately I have to use the app as this is how my employer reimburses the fitness benefit

Rarely works

2 months 30minutes of operating correctly. I started home workouts and taking screen shots of completed workouts on my phone. I loaded 5 the one day this app decided to work in the last 2 months. No sign they have been accepted either. Have uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times. Getting blank screen or won’t load photos.

You can’t get rewarded the $$ by steps alone.

Poor performance and usability

It takes forever to load and freezes randomly

Booted out

Was in the app looking at my status when I was booted out. Tried logging back in but it would never take my password. Reset it and still can’t get in. Removed the app and reinstalled it, entered user name and password and it still won’t let me in. I have an iphone max. No problem accessing through a computer.

Quite frustrating

Need a note from god the self, for IncentFit to correct point discrepancies their software creates.

Ok app

I usually don’t have trouble with this app but I have had trouble with it every now and again. I wish they would change the setting to only track you while using the app instead of all the time. If you have it set to only track while using it does not work and so you’re forced to keep the tracking your location always.( which in turn is draining my battery for no reason) it just gets annoying if you want to change it every time you use it. There are other issues I have found in the past but can’t really recall bc I don’t use the functions enough.

Tracking isn’t accurate

We did a work challenge and I was always missing points. I kept a spreadsheet of my actuals and what the app tracked. I was missing 30 points by end of the 10 day challenge. It’s impossible to know what didn’t sync up in my points. It didn’t sync my steps one day. It wouldn’t scan gym QR codes. Just so unreliable.

Lousy app - cannot attach receipts

The developers of this app have likely done no actual testing on attaching order receipts. The app only allows pictures for the receipt but a receipt is often multiple pages. Especially if you need to capture customer name and date of order

Awful response times, description and customer service

My spouse's company moved to this new "easier" process. It turns out this organization links their documents to their sharepoint sire which is not accessible. If I have a single visit it always gets denied up to a week later with a non helpful descriptive rationale. If you need to track this I suggest using another vendor.

It worked fine, but not anymore. 😒

For the first month or so using the app, it was working fine, I could check in to my gym fine and it would track my steps at the end of the day, but now, the main page won’t load. Now that I am solely relying on tracking my steps and not checking in to a gym, it claims there is a connection timeout. I have good signal, so it can’t be on my end. It’s been pretty inconsistent recently and I won’t be able to accumulate any points. Very disappointed.
