    Intuitive interface and reliable functionality.
  • If you use IOS, you need the peace of mind that comes with this app!

    If you have an iPhone you can’t go wrong with Avira. Don’t take chances in the digital world. I love exploring my interests through the World Wide Web and this app is where I start and the price can’t be beat, fantastic value!
  • Very poor app

    No explanation how to use. Can’t use contacts within system, Not at all what you claim it to be, cannot get anyone at company to get refund, purchased yesterday, unlimited VPN protection, but it goes off every time I use once or twice. I canceled but can’t get refund. Other than community q&a you should have site for how to use it since it does not automatically apply to anything. No one has time for all steps every time you use.

  • Still on the fence

    I’m not impressed. I [thought] I purchased an adequate level/app of Avira protection plan. Until I reached my VPN traffic limit. I left Proton (i was happy) after the university required my daughter to have it on her mac.

    The network scanner compiles a list then label everything ‘generic’ or just ‘iphone’.
    That is not enough details needed to determine if what is what or who is who?

    Holding out on update-I have decided to keep it. I have to upgrade and add additional coverages.

    I am not sure and determining that answer is not easy. The Avira app does not communicate at all. The Avira website ‘search’ gives answers - just not to mine specifically.

  • Outdated email address

    Your scan is providing security breach information for an outdated email address. I’ve tried numerous times to correct/delete any reference to this email in your system- with no luck. I can’t find where you’re storing it. Please correct this immediately.
  • VPN

    VPN is inconsistent with my paid subscription, very frustrating.
  • Why constant Purchase Restoring?

    Constantly disconnects from internet necessitating App opening, VPN turn on attempts that, often, require me to Restore Purchase before reconnection. If so many others experience this why does Avira respond to all as they do? Is it not the App that needs attention rather than personal data?

    Avira is easy to use, great at giving warnings and not only economical to maintain but has a wide choice for different budgets/uses.. finally thank you Avira! 🙂
  • Lack of customer support unless you have an account or Prime membership is absurd!!!

    I love this app & have found it to be very user friendly & the performance in general is excellent, unfortunately lately I’ve had an issue with the VPN, I’ve tried to contact Avira through their website but unless you have an account or Prime membership this is impossible, I have the Pro version & I usually get 100mb of VPN usage per day, lately tho every time I try to use it I get the message “you’ve reached your daily limit”? I don’t understand how, I’ve never used it since this ongoing issue occurred, if I’m not using my daily limit who is, I’m baffled? Any ideas Avira, maybe your customer services can finally answer me here? This would normally have been a 5star review but this ongoing problem has me perplexed!
    As I said tho it’s a great App if they can iron out the VPN issues!!!!!
