  • My favourite mobile security app on iPhone

    I was using the Pro version for a year and still subscribed, the automatic payment was successful but it has reverted back to free version. I tried to restore purchase but there was an error. Very disappointed, what happened?

  • We shall see

    So far it's been okay, has pointed out a few things but is pretty pricey for something that doesn't actually help fix the issues . Only had for a few days so maybe I'm missing something but so far it's good at delegating
  • Amazing but

    This app is amazing, almost like PC/MAC version. The only complain I have for both versions is that you have to download and install 3 apps when everything could be run from the main app. What I mean is Password Manager and Phantom VPN should be part of Avira Security app. I really hope this is gonna change in the future, mostly if you have planned to add more feature to your software. Cheers

  • Almost feel like this is malware

    For some reason I cannot delete the app.. also when I click on it .. it doesn’t load.. comes to a white screen with the logo in the middle and never changes or goes passed that screen. I’ve deleted it 3 times and somehow still there. Everything else on my device works fine and I’ve deleted about 20 apps no problem after the issue. Not sure what’s going on. I gave 3 stars because it seemed to work as intended for awhile when I first got it.

  • Why is it that every time I run a scan I’m always prompted to check the VPN ?

    I’m subscribed to the yearly subscription and I’d like to know why it is that every time I run a scan i get the “yellow exclamation point” and I am always prompted to check the VPN ? Then when I do it shows it’s connected then when I go back it comes back with the “green check” ?
  • Need 3 months of free antivirus from you to determine my decision!!!

    If you can determine my decision than I will choose that company to direct my total direction towards the best service I can fine, haven’t been able to fine any that will offer me result!!!! Can you help me , I would really appreciate it from me my wife !! I’m anxiously awaiting the end product!!!? Thank you!

  • This app wasted my time and didn’t work.

    This program failed to identify that my iOS was out of date..... the most basic security check. Avira followed up to seek personal data, which shows they didn’t notice the problem. There is no need to review personal data to check iOS updating.

    My real problem is MARKETING. What Avira claimed was 4 so-called threats.... we’re not actually threats. Rather, it was a list of product features they were trying to sell. So, the program didnt help and rather is just a marketing ploy to waste time downing an advertisement.

    This program was no help and my trust is lost. FREE APPS SHOULD DELIVER SOMETHING FREE.

  • Nightmare Upgrading Subscription

    Decided to ‘upgrade’ to the Pro version. The app quickly and easily took my money. Now it is asking me to upgrade to Pro and won’t open the upgraded options. Tried resolving without success. Really poor and very buggy. Now a waste of money.

    Had a response from the developer - did as they asked and still it will not upgrade to Pro. When you try their helpdesk, there is no way of speaking to a human. Absolutely garbage. Maybe you can refund me please? Let’s see what response that gets.

    I just downloaded this app today so I don’t know a lot about it. I do know the first time I scanned my phone it showed to security issues I had and fixed them. The VPN works great as well, it connected almost instantly and ran very smoothly, I’ve had no issues so far. As of now I would recommend this app.

  • Tryin to rip me off !

    I don’t know what y’all tryin to pull, but I bought this pro once already and y’all tryin me again it’s not workin on my phones either !!! Suppose to protect 5 devises!

    I’m resending this once again!!! I don’t know how they do it in Germany but here in the USA we expect to get something in return for our money like the service I purchased and y’all didn’t deliver!!! Simply just took my money for prime act like it never happened !! I purchased pro for 5, devices and y’all never gave it it me !! Only thing y’all gave was a big &$@-; you!!! I will never recommend or mention y’all to anyone except what big crooks y’all are !!!!!!
