I have downloaded at least 12 of these and this one had to be the best.. Easy to use and straight to the point... Buy and use this one!!!!

This is the best app for keeping track of food intake. Love the fact that you know many calories you are in credit for those occasions when you would exceed you daily allowance. So easy to use as well.

Would highly recommend. Have used others but this one is fav. Have lost 6Kg so far. It makes you think of what you are actually putting in your mouth and so quick to log foods. Would give 10 stars if I could.

I love this app and I was getting tired of the same old things I've been eating for protein so decided to give a try. Everything in here tastes great and doesn't take a long time to cook. Just try it!

This is a really very useful app,it helps me manage my diet so that I can lose the weight and build the muscle .I like it very much .

I have already tried this app on 2 people and they got great results in 2 weeks. I like the fact that now they have off season as well as clean diet. The only thing missing would be to have multiple user capabilities. I have to keep changing information between me and family members. Thanks for putting together this app and making it a little easier for those who can't afford a trainer. π

Great idea but not effective :(
This app works well and I love the concept but when I put my details in it and it gives me 5 meals of carbs (large servings) and I'm a girl that doesn't have the metabolism to take that many carbs, it's a fail. Sorry!

I love this app. It takes all the guess work out of meal prep. Only 2 suggestions, one: include presets for low carb and body type (endo, meso, ecto) and two: integrate with myfitnesspal.

Love the app, works very well however would like to be able to have the app combine macros at each meal. Excellent job overall!
