## What is 6OTDS?

The official mobile application of the annual event, the six outstanding training days (6OTD) 
 which being holding annually at the constructional Training Institute (CTI) at the Public Authority for Applied Education and Training (PAAET), serves workers in all sectors of the State of Kuwait and abroad to register for the event and follow up on their attendance, and also allows the ability to download all accredited certificates for the courses. 
This application is the latest addition to the event in its new version for the year 2020 to provide many important new services, including communication with lecturers, sponsors and companies participating in the exhibition accompanying the event in addition to the previously mentioned services provided to the trainees.
Services:
1- event Registration (courses, workshops and exhibition)
2- automatically recording of Attendance and leaving when entering the venue of the session or workshop in conjunction with the (Beacon) sensors distributed at the venue of the event without the need for paper registration or human intervention.

التطبيق الرسمي الخاص بالفعالية السنوية أسبوع التدريب المتميز (OTD6) المقام في معهد التدريب الانشائي (CTI) بالهيئة العامة للتعليم التطبيقي والتدريب (PAAET) والذي يخدم العاملين في جميع قطاعات دولة الكويت وخارجها التسجيل في الفعالية ومتابعة الحضور الخاص بهم، كما يتيح إمكانية تحميل جميع الشهادات المعتمدة الخاصة بالدورات. 
ويعد هذا التطبيق أحدث إضافات الفعالية بنسخته الجديدة للعام 2020 لتقديم العديد من الخدمات الجديدة الهامة منها التواصل مع المحاضرين والرعاة والشركات المشاركة في المعرض المرافق للفعالية بالإضافة الى ما سبق ذكره من خدمات تقدم للمتدربين.
الخدمات: 
1-	التسجيل في الفعالية (الدورات وورش العمل والمعرض)
2-	تسجيل الحضور والانصراف بشكل تلقائي عند دخول مكان انعقاد الدورة او ورشة العمل بالتزامن مع أجهزة الاستشعار Beacon   الموزعة في مكان انعقاد الفعالية دون الحاجة الى التسجيل الورقي او التدخل البشري
3-	متابعة الحضور والانصراف الخاصة بالمتدرب من خلال صفحته الشخصية لجميع الدورات المسجلة في مكان واحد
4-	تحميل واستعراض جميع الشهادات الحاصل عليها المتدرب في الفعالية من اول اصدار لها الى الإصدار الحالي 2020 من خلال صفحته الشخصية
5-	التعرف على كل الدورات وورش العمل الموجودة في الفعالية
6-	التعرف على جميع المدربين والمتحدثون في الفعالية
7-	التعرف على الجهات المشاركة وشركاء التدريب 
8-	التعرف على جميع الجهات والمؤسسات المشاركة في المعرض المرافق للفعالية
9-	التعرف على / الوصول الى الغرف والمعامل الخاصة بالدورات وورش العمل من خلال الخرائط التفاعلية الخاصة بالفعالية
10-	التعرف على المعرض المرافق للفعالية من خلال خريطة المعرض
11-	التعرف على جميع الرعاة 
12-	صفحة خاصة ببنك بوبيان راعي التطبيق الرئيسي والخدمات التي يقدمها البنك
13-	استعراض الخارطة الخاصة بالوصول الى المعهد (مكان إقامة الفعالية) من خلال الربط مع خرائط جوجل التفاعلية
14-	التواصل مع المنظمين للاستفسارات او تقديم الاقتراحات وإرسال الملاحظات
