The app only tells me to contact the Loyalty team, but the app doesn't allow me to do so. I will add stuff to my cart, go through the purchase screens, and a day later it’s just canceled. No mention of why, no mention of anything. Just canceled. I’ve reached out to their email about this with a screenshot of all the canceled items. Hopefully they’ll be able to fix whatever is wrong and I can change this back to a 4 star. ### 1/5 — Login Error *2026-06-22, version 3.5.1* I’ve been getting server errors and login timeouts for a week straight. Whatever you changed or added in the recent update completely broke the system. The app was so slow and nothing loaded. I tried for about 10 minutes, complete waste of time. I would assume that department filtering is fake or they don’t want you shopping by department. On the other hand, the department “shop by brand“ works. The app support link lead you to a Twitter account that has been “suspended.” This app should be suspended, too. This app used to be awesome—allowing the consumer to find needs using filters and selections. For the 3 years, it’s been a failure. The mobile App doesn’t allow “sort by % discount” the way that the desktop site does, so finding the best requires much mire work on the shoppers part. The shipping and return policies are awful. Shoes are heavy and expensive to ship back, they know this use this against you to discourage returns. The free shipping purchase is 100 … too high. ### 1/5 — Returns issues *2024-01-05, version 3.2.0* If you buy from them and you don’t like or not as expected which will be the case 9/10 times don’t return it. You will have to pay for the return and you will never receive a refund. Because the item will never show it was returned even if you have a delivery confirmation so you will end up burning your $$$. You better off paying the extra $10-$15 and buying it from the original sellers. ### 1/5 — DIDN’T RECEIVE AND NO REFUND *2023-11-04, version 3.2.0* I purchased pair of Reebok sneakers. NEVER received them and they will not give me a refund!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! The first time i contacted them, the manager promised to give me the refund. Weeks later, after not receiving the promised refund, i contacted the customer service and they told me that they have cancelled the refund:)))) while i was waiting for it. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
