超効率タスク管理
6Tasks は100年以上受け継がれている集中力を上げるタスク管理の効率化メソッド「The Ivy Lee Method」をベースに作られました。

The Ivy Lee Method
1. 『明日やるべきタスク』を6コだけメモする。
2. 6コのタスクに重要だと思う順番に番号を振る。
3. 当日、メモの順番に治ってタスクを達成する。
4. 未達成のタスクは悔やまずに忘れる。
5. 1.〜4.を毎日繰り返す。

6Tasks
6Tasks では The Ivy Lee Method を更に簡素化し、重要度の高い順に番号を振るのではなく、重要度を［緊急］・［重要］・［普通］に分けました。
多すぎる選択肢はエネルギーを奪い、決断の邪魔をしてしまいます。
選択肢を減らして、最大の効果を得る努力をしましょう。
