I love the fact that it supports ApplePay; it makes paying for my scanned items so much easier while still allowing me to earn rewards. I would like to see the mobile check-out process the payment faster. There was a time when the people in line got out the door before me since I had to wait for the payment to process and then scan the QR code before exiting. But when promoted to send OTP (one time passcode) to phone number on file, I do not receive the code at all. You’re screwed.. *2025-07-29, version 1.0.23* I go to 7-Eleven at least 4-5 days a week so when the app came out I racked up thousands and thousands of points pretty quickly. 6 months ago we changed cell phone providers and got new numbers. Basically locked out forever, all my points gone because after logging in, they send a one time password to your cell phone ( which I no longer have). Either no one was trained regarding the app or they didn’t bother to pay attention maybe?Many employees have no idea how to redeem rewards. For about the first month after I got my new phone number I asked literally every employee in every store that I went to cashier’s manager’s assistant managers nobody has any answer for how I change my phone number so my points are gone. I still go to 7-Eleven but I just don’t care whatsoever about the app anymore. And don’t bother clicking on app support which is the other option to leaving a review. It’s not Support. It’s just information about 711 so that’s all. ### 1/5 — Does not work online *2025-07-19, version 1.0.23* I’m glad we have rewards, but it’s kinda useless if the app does not work.
