It’s just irritating because I can earn rewards from paying. And I don’t like that now I can only choose pickup, not delivery. Lots of spinning dials on each screen. It was not intuitive on how/where to change the pickup time, so I ordered while sitting in traffic close to shop. In the old app, we were able to select the Leaves in the menu and select our drinks from there. With the new app, I have to process each leaves redemption for my free drinks in a separate order (if I wanted to order more than one drink using my leaves). Please allow us to redeem leaves for multiple drinks in the same order. I go to get my free drink on the app and the promo code no longer works. Apparently 7leaves ended the deal early because there was too much influx of people… which is the whole point of a deal like that. I used to always scan for leaves before paying but it’s pointless now because my points haven’t updated since the new app launched. I’ve tried reaching out to customer support and there’s no response. I’ve even asked employees in store if I’m doing something wrong when I scan but they’ve assured me that my account & QR code are linked… I’m just not receiving leaves. I much preferred the old app where I could collect leaves after each purchase, redeem, and even get special deals.
