Apparently the videos are not loaded into the app, you need a strong Wi-Fi or phone signal to watch the videos because they stream. 95% of them wouldn’t play for me even with 4 bars of signal and WiFi. And they are all men ‘actors’/demonstrators and the instructions are geared towards men. Also you can’t unlock any workouts beyond very beginner ones without paying money. Disappointing.
