### 5/5 — Excellent

*2013-06-01, version 1.0.1*

The automation makes the incredibly challenging workout allow you to focus on the workout while it does all the thinking for you in terms of exercise timing, break timing, and the next exercise to get ready for.

Thank you!

### 5/5 — Perfect app

Does everything it needs to. Would be cool to play music from the device maybe?

### 5/5 — Great app

Voice, sounds and visuals make it super easy. I'd pay a buck or two to get rid of the ads.

### 5/5 — Best of the bunch

Very well thought out. Start/Stop whistles and voice instruction let me focus on the workout without having to keep looking at my phone.

### 5/5 — Awesome!

*2013-05-26, version 1.0.1*

Great app. Voice over is helpful, but I miss the original stick figures.

Would like to see the ability to change the length of time for each exercise in upcoming updates if possible.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Ugly

*2013-06-24, version 1.0.1*

Ads, poor instructions, no full list of exercises.

### 1/5 — Bummer

*2013-05-22, version 1.0*

Used the app once and really enjoyed it. Simple, easy to use. Went to use it a second time, and a screen came up asking me to fill out a bunch of information, as if I were a personal trainer (which I'm not). There's no way to shut the window down and proceed to the app. Major fail.

### 3/5 — Add music plz

*2014-01-11, version 1.0.1*

Plz add background music c; it would help me stay motivated

### 3/5 — It's perfunctory.

*2013-07-01, version 1.0.1*

This app does all it says however I wish it did more. My biggest complaint is that it doesn't tell you when your workout is over so you're stuck doing the side plank until you check your phone. The volume is pretty low too.

### 3/5 — Just OK

*2013-05-26, version 1.0.1*

I have tried several of these. This one is pretty good. The whistles and voice instructions are great. However, you cannot both run this app and play music at the same time. This is important for any exercise app.

### 4/5 — Good but ending is poor

*2013-06-07, version 1.0.1*

Good over voice and timer, but ending with harp music is really bad. It should be a whistle and a "good job, session complete. Want to go again?"

### 4/5 — Excellent implementation

*2013-06-01, version 1.0.1*

Very handy. Please add options for a beep every 10 or every seconds

### 4/5 — Whew!

*2013-05-21, version 1.0*

Thanks for this app! The whistle feature really helps with my timing and cues me when to start the next exercise.. I kinda like the stick figures, besides who has time to look at the screen when doing this fast paced workout!

### 5/5 — Love it...

*2013-12-28, version 1.0.1*

First time I used it was today even though had on phone for months. Like that it's quick and I break a sweat.

One suggestion...I accidentally hit stop about five exercises in and had to start from beginning and wait until I reached the correct one. Possibly a skip feature or a way to pick a starting point.

If one could change up which exercise to start from I think it wouldn't get redundant.

### 5/5 — Love this app!

*2013-09-18, version 1.0.1*

Makes working out anywhere so easy! One suggestion: Would love the option of upping the seconds-per-exercise to make it more challenging over time.

### 5/5 — Awesome

*2013-08-07, version 1.0.1*

Me being an ice hockey goaltender, it's always hard getting back in shape at the start of the season after a summer of junk food, but now after finding this app it's simple.

You have earned 5 Stars from a proud 7 Minute Workout User.

Thank you for helping me keep in shape.

### 5/5 — Excellent!

### 5/5 — Love it!

This app is exactly what I was looking for. It's perfect for me that I don't have to look at my phone. All I have to do is focus on the exercises. Thank you

### 5/5 — Great app!

*2013-06-12, version 1.0.1*

Just what I was looking for!

### 5/5 — Great app, and the price can't be beat

*2013-06-05, version 1.0.1*

Yes, you can't play your own music, but that would block out the audio cues to start and stop, so I have no issues there. Also, I would think that customized music that matched the intervals would be better. Maybe as an in-app purchase in an update?
