## What is 7 Minute Change?

Over the years Louise Hay, Jack Canfield, Wayne Dyer, Aument Dino, Brian Tracy, Mike Dooley to only name a few have inspired me to focus my attention and affirm all that I want to live. Many of the affirmations I used and continue to use are one that are thankfully shared to the world. Whatever follows I am will find you as the universe wants to make you right. You are about to take active steps to create new paths in your brain, in your mind with these positive affirmations. Have faith as faith is a statement of truth you believe will be created.
