## What is 7 Minute Workout?

7 minutes training is similar to high intensity interval training (HIIT). High-intensity exercises are interwoven with moderate-effort exercises.

This form of training is not only popular among athletes, due to its effect on fat burning. Comparative tests that are used in classic aerobic exercise interval training is performed to burn, up to three times more fat resources with half the energy effort and more than half the time of exercise.
