The constant clicking to move the dialogue forward was a bit tedious so be prepared for that. This is definitely not a game, more a mildly interactive mystery. Heard about it from a friend in discord and started playing nonstop. The chapters are short so it’s easy to play for 10-20 minutes here and there. Each chapter is about 10 minutes or so. It’s hard to say too much without spoiling anything but it is definitely worth your time and it’s free. There’s apparently a switch and steam version that is like $10 if you don’t like mobile games. This is a HUGE problem because I cannot continue the game unless I restart the chapters completely. It’ll completely stop the game, and have the next text stuck on your screen, you can’t continue to another part, and it’s a problem because this time I couldn’t leave the room. I was at the part where I was in a room with no doors to leave out of, and I needed to go to a machine. Your character makes no decisions at all. All you do is pilot him from screen to screen. Unfortunately, after they plan a sleepover at the hospital, my hero goes back home to get his stuff, talks to his dad, leaves the house...then nothing. Not only is the hospital empty, but you can't even get into the room where you are supposed to meet. Unique, very interesting motifs that are used. But I’ve been having a few issues. The first is that sometimes when there is dialogue, an ad will pop up, which is fine, but then the ad completely breaks the game and I can’t continue the dialogue or anything. I’ve tried interacting with the characters in that area, the doors, so on and nothing works, which forces me to save and close in hopes of being able to return and complete the scene. But no, that doesn’t work. So now, I’m stuck on chapter 14 (I think) at a very pivotal moment and the game is broken! Very heartbreaking. The second thing that bothers me is that the controls are kinda wonky. When I have to talk to someone or go someplace, I have to tap multiple times because I’m unsure of where exactly to tap even though the exclamation point is hovering over it. Maybe try to highlight the area on the ground where it needs to be tapped? Other than that, great game, I really hope I can finish it because if not, then I’ll feel like I wasted a lot of time for nothing. ## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated) ### 5/5 — Absolute feels fest! *2026-07-26* It’s a feels fest but in the best way. It’s bittersweet and is a bit like anime Erased. It’s not very interactive, so if you’re looking for something like OMORI rpg exploration wise with combat and stuff it’s not for you. But if you like OMORI for it’s silly character interactions or the gripping and intense story and cutscenes. Then you’re in for a treat. There is an exhausting amount of twists that will keep coming and hitting you with every curveball, but in the sense it’s like an anime you can’t put down. There is music is really good and also feels like a tragic anime and the characters are well written too.
