sooo much better than it was!
I’ve had my Sync since 2017. for years it wasn’t worth saving anything on my Sync. sometimes things wouldn’t sync with the app at all, and the Live feature wouldn’t work for more than a minute without locking up my phone. now it works perfectly, and has actually synced everything I’ve saved since I got it! the Live feature works without any issues at all. really happy with this change!

Sync is to be used with BoogieBoard Sync, which was a revolutionary device that could work both as take noter or as tablet if connected to a computer.
But for some reason, owners decide to discount the board rather than develop a better software. Had they choose the later, BoogieBoard would be today the referent for modern notetaking.

Syncing is poor
If it would sync and download every time I would be happy.
Bad experience
It’s difficult to connect with bluetooth.

I can’t believe that it will be a YEAR since this app is non functioning! They should compensate customers for the purchase of boogie board.

How difficult would it be to fix this app for iOS? We’re not asking for new features, we just want to be able to sync the files. One job. To be fair, it works better on the iPad, but when I have the iPad, why would I use this anyway? There should have been more attention to phones.

Disappointing Waste of time and money
VERY disappointing!!! Seems simple enough... write, save, load to phone... BUT that would be great if the phone app actually recognized the board connection. Aside from being super slow when it did work, 9 time out of 10, it did not. Now iver the last month it just doesn’t recognize the board at all. I have deleted and downloaded the app multiple times, cleared the board, and NOTHING. The app just says board not connected - even though it does pick it up on the list to choose. Again, VERY disappointing!!!
