I love the product But...
I fell in love with the boogie board sync right away the first time that I saw it, unfortunately, the one that I bought can't be connected to my iPhone X I've trying many ways and it just doesn't work.
Please let me know if you guys can help me out I really want to enjoy this product on its full.

I got a jot 8.5 and it says there's an app for it but when I search all I see is the app for the new boogie board! False advertisement!!! Please explain!

I love this product. I use it everyday for quotes. That said the Bluetooth connection leaves a little to be desired but it still works. I also had one of the sync tablets
Internal components break. I called the company and they sent me a new one free of charge!! I will definitely be using them for future purchase.

Help
Boogie board sync 9.7 is connected to iPhone but does not seam to be connected to app tried deleting then reinstalling the app nothing. I think the app thinks it's connected when it's not because deleted app again then maid my phone forget the device then I turned off Bluetooth then reinstalled the app and Bluetooth wasn't even on and it said my sync is connected but obviously was not then tried to browse files through the app and gave me this message
