Looking forward to seeing this app mature. ### 4/5 — Didn’t work for me initially, follow details below *2021-02-14, version 1.0.1* Initially: I’m on firmware V1.20 of the Icom IC-705. Sadly this software doesn’t seem to work with the radio. I am paired to the radio but the device just keeps coming up with the pairing message. Despite repeating this several times, no joy. Resolution: I was already connected to Bluetooth as you’d connect a regular device. Once I’d disconnected that link, I was able to pair the app to the radio. It’s a solid 4* at the moment, but I’d give 5* if I was able to do more settings from the phone. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — “CI-V address mismatch” *2025-04-15, version 1.0.5* I’ve followed the instructions to resolve the “CI-V address mismatch” error to a tee but the error continues to pop up. The CI-V on the app and on the IC-705 are “A4h” and in the app “0XA4 (IC-705).” The app shows “connected” and so does the radio. ### 1/5 — Yaaa….nice nothing burger *2024-11-16, version 1.0.5* It will not connect to my 705…..My iPad does, but the app will not. A really nice taker of storage on my iPad. The app now connects correctly. When I change frequency on the radio it changes on the app, but when I change the frequency on the app it doesn’t change on the radio. The band does not change it on the radio.
